The MS4623B is a 10 MHz to 6 GHz vector network analyzer designed for precise S-parameter, magnitude/phase, and group-delay measurements on RF components. With up to 125 dB dynamic range below 3 GHz and selectable IF bandwidths down to 10 Hz, it supports accurate characterization and embedding/de-embedding routines. Optional upgrades add a second source, third port, time-domain analysis, and noise-figure capability. As a refurbished unit, it is typically available with fresh calibration and documentation, delivering strong performance at a reduced acquisition cost.
