The pre-owned Fluke 9500C merges leveled-sine, fast-edge, DC and timing-marker outputs in a single chassis, delivering fully automated bandwidth, gain and time-base calibration for oscilloscopes up to 3.2 GHz. Five switch-selectable heads feed identical signals to every channel, eliminating recabling and minimising operator error, while ≤ 150 ps edges and millivolt-level amplitudes expose front-end slew-rate and noise issues. Built-in MET/CAL® routines, GPIB/RS-232 control and on-board diagnostics shorten test cycles and generate audit-ready reports. Supplied fully tested, freshly calibrated and firmware-current, each unit ships from stock—providing metrology-grade precision and long-term Fluke serviceability at a fraction of new-instrument cost.
